However, when you sign this guarantee, it is legal and binding from the moment it is signed! Any changes after signing, however small or large, are ONLY effective IN WRITING and must be agreed upon and signed by BOTH parties! Both the Buyer and the Seller will receive signed copies of all agreements and guarantees. Please note that I reserve the right to refuse sale to any person or parties, for any reason. The seller guarantees the general health of this puppy for seventy-two (72) hours from the date of purchase and
twenty-four (24) months from the date of birth, against any hereditary crippling defects. The buyer agrees to take
puppy to a licensed vet within 72 hours of leaving sellers possession for an examination to ensure puppy is in
good health. If a licensed veterinarian does not see the puppy within 72 hours and a copy of the vet examination
is not sent to the seller, then this contract is void. You MUST take your puppy to the vet and remit a copy of the
exam to me to have any health guarantee. If this puppy is returned to the seller for health reasons, the seller will
replace the puppy with another puppy of equal value when one becomes available, provided the puppy is
returned to the seller at the expense of the buyer with a verification of defect or illness by a certified veterinarian.
The seller reserves the right to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian of the seller’s choice and expense. If
there is a conflicting diagnosis, a third veterinarian may be consulted. In the event the puppy is returned to the
seller, the buyer agrees to sign over all registration to the seller. All delivery costs or shipping related expenses
for a replacement puppy are the sole responsibility of the buyer. From forty-eight (48) hours after the date of
purchase, this guarantee only applies to the ability of the puppy to live a normal life. Never at any time is any
money refunded!

The buyer is responsible for the entire maintenance of the puppy. All veterinarian bills are the sole responsibility
of the buyer. This guarantee does not cover hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), coccidiosis, giardia, or other
internal and/or external parasites as these are common to puppies. The seller does not guarantee the adult size
or that the puppy is or will be of breeding or show quality at maturity and is sold as a pet/companion. The buyer
agrees to include my kennel name "Chimex's" as the PREFIX of this puppies registration name(s). An example
of this would be "Chimex's Pequeno Paco". NO other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are
made under this contract. By signing this contract, the buyer agrees that he/she is NOT a dog broker. If this
puppy is sold, transferred or given to another party, this contract will become null and void!
If, at any time in your dog’s life, you find yourself in the position that you can no longer care for your dog, I will
always be willing to take him or her back. I do not buy a dog back ever, but I give my word that I will either find a
carefully selected new suitable home or they may live their life here with me.
If any legal action incurs in conjunction with this sale, all proceeding must take place in my county of residence,
Ashland County, Wisconsin.
